Arrival to Yangon. It takes about 45 minutes for visa, passport, etc...
clearance. Transfer to hotel and if time is enough, start sight-seeing to
Shwedagon pagoda., the ultimate source of its distinctive flair, a world renowned for its religious significance, artistic beauty and its association with Myanmar culture. Overnight

Drive to Reclining Buddha image, 70 meters long. Visit
National Museum, Free shopping at Bogyoke Aung San Market. Overnight
in Yangon. |

| Day-03 |
Train to Kyeikhto and Kingpun camp, again truck up to hotel. The Golden-rock, on which
Kyaik htiyo pagoda is perched, the incredible balancing and one of the most spectacular sights in all Myanmar. Overnight at Golden Rock mountain hotel. |

| Day-04 |
Morning truck down and drive to
Bago, an ancient capital city of Mon kingdom. Visit to Shwemawdaw
pagoda, an ancient venerated and it is 114 m high. Proceed to Shwethalyaung
Buddha, in a position of rest, the dimensions of that image are very impressive (thought to have originated in A.D 994 and restored in 15th century). Visit
Kyeikpun Buddhist figures (AD.1476 ). Overnight in Bago. |

Drive to Taungoo. Overnight in Taungoo. |

Drive to Kalaw, popular hill station of British period. Overnight in Kalaw.

| Day-07 |
Morning, start trekking to Palaung tribal villages for 6 hrs. Drive to Inle. Overnight in
Nyaungshwe.

| Day-08 |
Morning visit around Inle lake. 5- day
market is rewarding excursion, at which tribal people come to sell
their production. One-legged rowing are the most un usual features who
have developed an original, eccentric method of rowing with one leg.
Phaung daw Oo pagoda is one of the main sight seeing and
Buddha images of 12th century are interesting. Floating gardens are
built upon strips of water hyacinth dredged from the lake bed.
Overnight in Nyaungshwe.

Morning travel by bus to
Taungyi, capital city of southern Shan state where museum and
market are to be are to be visited. Drive to
Pindaya , mainly known for large limestone cave in which over the course of the centuries devout Buddhists have placed 6226 Buddha statues. It is also to study the
Umbrella workshop. Overnight in Pindaya.

Drive to Maymyo. Overnight in Maymyo.

About 20 minutes drive and walk down to Anisakhan waterfall. Afternoon, free for individual. Overnight in Maymyo.

Drive to Monywa. Overnight in Monywa.
|
|
| Day-14 |
Drive back to Mandalay and check- in hotel . Sunset view form Mandalay hill. Overnight in Mandalay.

| Day-15 |
Morning, visit around Mandalay, the second largest city in Myanmar.
(a) Majestic and magnificent town, worthy of being a former of royal city.
(b) Still center of Buddhist learning.
(c) Mandalay has two faces ; on the one hand it has the romantic flair of the royal city with all its monasteries, monks and craftsmen. On the other hand, the bustling city is a teeming metropolis, developing rapidly into a rather unappealing modern economic center.
First to
Mahamuni image, the most religious structure in this country, brought from Rakhine state (Arakan), western Myanmar in 1784. Devotees place gold leaves on the image everyday. So well gilded has it become, that the image is now a golden blob showing very little detail of the structure. Proceed to
stone -carving, bronze workshops and wood- carving. Visit to
Mahagandayon monastery, to study the Buddhist monks-life. (According to the time of monk's procession in that monastery, the items would be changed.) Continue to
U - Bin bridge, built from wood salvaged from the old palace in Ava, which had been dismantled when the royal capital was moved to
Amarapura in 1783. People use that bridge as a means to cross the
Taungthaman lake about 25 minutes walk.
Visit to Kuthodaw pagoda, built in 1872.It is famous as the largest book in the world. The entire Tripitika (Buddhist cannon ) of the Fifth Buddhist Synod was recorded in Pali scripts on the marble tablets and individually housed inside the compound of that pagoda. Proceed to
Shwenandaw monastery, the supreme examples of wooden exquisite creations.
Mdy hill is for sun set view. Overnight in Mandalay.

| Day-16 |
Up Ayeyarwady - river from Mdy lies Mingun, which still have quite a few very interesting sights. A relaxing way to observe the country and its people, teak and bamboo rafts paddle steamers. Tour high light includes
Mingun pagoda (Phatodawgyi), it would have been a biggest in Myanmar if it had been completely constructed. It was left unfinished after the king's death in 1819. Proceed to
Mingun bell, the second largest bell in the world. Last visit Myatheindan
pagoda, which represents the mythical Mt. Meru, surrounded by seven mountain chains which are depicted by curl terraces? After noon drive to
Sagaing to take sunset view from Sagaing hill. Overnight in Mandalay

| Day-17 |
Morning travel by boat to ancient capital of Bagan. The 11th century marked the start of Bagan's incredibly rapid development into one of the world's largest metropolis of its day. Bagan is world cultural heritage site and famous for the magnificent architecture of its buildings. Bagan's heyday lasted into 13th century; the city had in the mean time acquired the epithet "City of the Four Million Pagodas."
Start the s/seeing with Ananda temple, an architectural masterpiece.
Thabyinyu (The omniscient) temple rises to 61 meters and Nathlaungkyaung are to be visited. It is dedicated to Hindu god Vishnu and a perfect example of the religious tolerance that prevailed in Bagan.
Damayangyi, Sulamuni and important temples of Minnanthu areas are to be visited. Finish for today by taking sunset view over mighty Ayeyarwady river from
Shwesandaw pagoda. Overnight in Bagan.

Morning sunrise view from Minyingon temple.
After breakfast, visit to Shwezigon pagoda, the first major monument built in Myanmar rather than the earlier Mon-style for many later
stupas. Walk to Kyansit cave, its long and dark corridors are interesting with murals.
Gubyaukgyi temple is to be visited for its interior Jataka paintings of 13th century. Afternoon s/seeing includes another
Gubyaukgyi in Myinkaba village, the most famous for murals. Manuha and Nanphaya are the most important temples.
Overnight in Bagan.

Morning drive to Mt.Popa, the center for the workshop of Nats. Drive back to Bagan and free for individual. Overnight in
Bagan.
